Challenges
This project marked the 30th anniversary of Colégio CB in São Roque, SP, Brazil, and required a symbol that authentically represented the school’s legacy. The main challenge was to design a symbol that didn’t just mark an anniversary but embodied the school’s reputation—a place known for its unwavering commitment to education, community, and growth. We crafted a crest emblem that captured these core values of strength and security, resonating with students, staff, and families alike.
The design process took on added meaning in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, as the school’s values of stability and support were more essential than ever. This symbol became a beacon of resilience, serving as a visual reminder of the trust Colégio CB had built over three decades. Working closely with my talented colleague, Luis Fernando, we took on the responsibility of crafting the visual concept and key materials for this 30th anniversary campaign. As a small but dedicated team, we balanced creativity with strategic thinking to capture Colégio CB's values and celebrate its legacy in a way that resonated deeply with the school community.
Each key visual for the campaign was carefully tailored to fit a variety of formats and platforms, maximizing the campaign’s reach and impact. From website banners and digital ads to large-scale billboards and printed materials, each piece was designed to maintain brand consistency while adapting to the unique requirements of each medium. This strategic approach allowed us to effectively engage different audiences across both digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring cohesive messaging and a unified brand experience.
